At AfriCan Network, we are committed to providing high-quality services and clear policies to ensure transparency and trust.
1. Visa Application Services
For VIP members who apply for a visitor visa to Canada through AfriCan Network, we offer a 100% refund of the professional service fee in the event of a visa refusal, provided the application was submitted through AfriCan Network directly.
This guarantee does not apply to applications handled by third-party consultants.
Government fees and third-party expenses (such as medical exams, translations, or courier fees) are non-refundable.
All conditions are detailed in the signed agreement at the time of application.
2. Programs and Services for Immigration Consultants
All services and programs designed to grow or scale immigration agencies — including but not limited to the Growth Program, Scale Program, and any done-for-you or done-with-you service packages — are non-refundable.
These programs involve immediate access to resources, coaching, tools, and customized work, and are therefore considered consumed upon purchase.
3. Memberships
All membership purchases (including lifetime or monthly access) are non-refundable. Access to content, tools, and member-only benefits begins immediately after payment and cannot be reversed.
4. Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products, templates, trainings, or toolkits sold through our platform are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
Refund Policy – Visa Application
At AfriCan Network, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy to all clients using our platform and services for Visitor visa applications.
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered, depending on the contractual relationship established at the time of application.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the individual contract signed by each candidate at the time of engaging with AfriCan Network or one of its regulated partners.
There are two distinct cases:
a) Clients Contracted Directly with AfriCan Network
If you have signed your visa application contract directly with AfriCan Network (and not with a third-party consultant), the following applies:
• You are eligible for a full refund of the professional service fee only in the event of a visa refusal, provided all requested documents were submitted accurately, truthfully, and within the timelines specified.
• If the refusal is due to misrepresentation, fraud, late submissions, or failure to follow instructions, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds apply only to professional service fees and government fee. Any third-party costs, courier fees, or translation expenses are non-refundable.
• The refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of receiving the official visa refusal letter.
b) Clients Contracted with an External Regulated Immigration Consultant
If you signed your agreement with a regulated consultant introduced via our platform (not directly with AfriCan Network), the refund policy of that consultant applies.
AfriCan Network is not responsible for the financial terms or refund conditions agreed upon with external professionals.

2. Contract-Based Policy
All refund conditions are explicitly stated in the contract signed before services begin. It is the client’s responsibility to:
• Carefully read and understand the terms prior to payment
• Request clarification before signing, if needed
• Retain a copy of the signed contract for their records
No refund will be issued outside the conditions described in the contract signed by the client.

3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval and will be issued using the same method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Right to Modify
AfriCan Network reserves the right to update or revise this refund policy at any time, with or without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect contracts already signed under previous terms.
