Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services, memberships, and digital products offered by AfriCan Network, hereinafter referred to as “the Network.” By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Visa Services – Refund Guarantee
AfriCan Network offers a refund guarantee only in the event of a visa refusal issued by the Government of Canada, under the following strict conditions:
• The visa application must have been submitted by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or legal professional who is an active listed partner on the AfriCan Network platform throughout the entire duration of the application process, from file creation to final decision.
• The consultant or legal professional must maintain an active paid subscription (monthly or annual) with AfriCan Network during the full period in which the application was prepared and submitted.
• The visa applicant (member) must also be an active paying member of the AfriCan Network platform at the time of the application and at the time of the decision (lifetime, monthly, or annual membership accepted).
No refund will be issued under the guarantee in the following cases:
• The consultant or applicant is no longer an active, paying member of the platform at any stage of the process.
• The applicant fails to provide truthful information or engages in false declarations.
• The applicant abandons the procedure or fails to provide necessary documentation within the required timelines.
• The refusal is due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the applicant.
This refund applies solely to the service fees paid to our immigration partner or through AfriCan Network for the visa procedure. It does not include:
• Medical examination costs
• Third-party or consultant-specific charges not paid through AfriCan Network
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the official visa refusal letter issued by the Government of Canada, following an internal review.
2. Membership Fees
All membership payments (monthly, annual, or lifetime) are non-refundable, regardless of usage, participation, or results. Members are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions through their account dashboard before the next billing cycle.
3. Online Trainings and Digital Products
All online trainings, digital content, and downloadable resources are final sale and non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase. This includes all programs, webinars, courses, and tools provided through our platform or affiliated systems.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of access to the platform and its services. We reserve the right to contest any dispute with the appropriate evidence of service delivery.
5. Changes to This Policy
AfriCan Network reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
